At Kitchino, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel a scheduled measuring visit. In such cases, we offer a refund of the measuring visit fees.
For Cairo-Giza and nearby districts, the measuring visit fee is 700 EGP. For other governorates, the fee is 1500 EGP.
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel the visit at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If you paid for the visit using a credit or debit card and have cancelled in accordance with this policy, we will promptly reverse the authorization or process a refund transaction.
Please note that while we will do everything in our power to ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by bank processing procedures.
